Signal Vortex is a wireless network monitoring platform. Small physical sensors placed at your site(s) continuously observe your Wi-Fi — access points, connected devices, signal quality, channel usage — and turn that into a live health score, plain-language explanations, diagnostic tools, and a direct line to support.

How to use this documentation

Each section covers one area of the product — what you can do there, and why it matters. Some features depend on your role (Admin or team member) or expertise level (Basic, Intermediate, or High, chosen for you or your teammates in Settings) — pages note this where it applies, since not everyone sees the same version of a given screen.
