"What Happened?" Reports

This is the same Sentence-Mode Report flow used in the full app, restricted to devices from your own personal list (see "Just My Device") rather than every device at the site.

What you can do

• Fill in the same "In [site], my device [device] was having issues [time window]" sentence.
• Get the same deep-dive verdict, session cards, and neighbour table as the full app.
• Turn it into a ticket for Signal Vortex support with one click.

Why it matters

You get exactly the same diagnostic depth as an Editor or Admin — the restriction is only about whose device you can report on, not how thorough the report itself is.
