What Is Signal Vortex

Signal Vortex is a wireless network monitoring platform. Small physical sensors deployed at your site(s) continuously observe Wi-Fi traffic — access points, client devices, signal quality, channel usage — and this dashboard turns that raw data into:

• A health score for your Wi-Fi, in plain English and in detail.
• Recommendations when something needs attention.
• Diagnostic tools (packet captures, live monitoring sessions, active speed tests) for tracking down specific problems.
• Reports you can hand to someone else, or attach to a support ticket.
• A support ticket system connecting you directly to Signal Vortex engineers, who can (with your explicit, time-limited consent) look at your live data to help.

Who uses it

• Everyday users — check "is the Wi-Fi OK", report a problem with their own device, read what's happening in plain language.
• Site/IT admins — configure sites, access points, sensors, team members, and dig into detailed diagnostics.
