Report Builder

Not available on the Basic expertise tier (even for Admins).

The Report Builder is the fuller, more configurable way to produce a report — useful for a scheduled/recurring report to management, rather than a one-off "what happened to my device" question.

What you can do

• Pick a scope (which sites/APs/clients), a time period, and which KPIs to include.
• Generate a full document from that selection. Every figure in the report is calculated over the period you chose, and compared with the previous period of the same length.
• Export as PDF — uses your browser's print function against a print-formatted version of the report (app chrome is hidden automatically).
• Export a CSV bundle — a client-side download, no server round-trip required.

Why it matters

This is built for reporting to someone else — a monthly summary, a specific KPI comparison — rather than diagnosing a single incident. If you're troubleshooting one device's problem, Sentence-Mode Reports will get you there faster.
